Girl Scout Cookies at Lotusphere

No, not an IBM sponsored.
This is from my daughter Noffiya's Brownie troop and they are selling the cookies.
Last year a few people asked about it but it was too late to order and she asked me if my friends would buy any this year.

This year we have time to order whatever you want and bring them up to Lotusphere and deliver them to your hotel or a set time/place to find me for them.

So if you are coming from overseas and want to bring something unique home for your kids, spouse, significant other or just to eat on the plane, let me know if you want any.

So like any good Lotus person would, I made a simple xpages app to take your order. It does not add up and total the orders, so if anyone wants to tinker with my design let me know. I am an admin after all.

They are $4 a box, you can pay in cash at Lotusphere.

  1. What a cool idea! I've already bought some from a local girl scout, but having a small supply of cookies in my room at 'sphere would be nice. Too bad I'm not going to be there, otherwise I'd be buying.

  2. You are EVIL. EVIL I say!

I already ordered about 20 boxes from a local troop.

(So I only placed an order for 4 for Lotusphere.)

  3. You know, you are putting me in a bad position here. My God-daughter is selling cookies, but I swore since my wife can't eat those anymore, we don't want them in the house. Yes, I'm going to be 1200 miles away...and she doesn't have to know. Damn you, Catholic guilt!

  4. We don't tell anyone who ordered, will just say quite a few people have done so and my daughter is happy. What gets eaten at Lotusphere stays at Lotusphere.
@Richard wish you were coming too.

  5. Found a bug in the app. I can only order 5 boxes of Thin Mints. ;)

  6. @Lisa there is a line at the bottom of the order form for details, like if you need a whole case of something.
I figured most people would order up to 5 and if they wanted more would ask.
