But no. So I though I would wait untill V 3.0 Gold was launched.

We that day has arrived and it still dones not work. I even uninstalled Notes open office etc. Still not work.

IBM should be ashamed of them selves allowing a major problem like this to continue for so long. The only way I can see of making it work is to do a clean install of Windows,as I have a complex system I dont want to do that.Nick Halliwellnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8994561579739999989.post-90749321311899637522010-08-27T17:37:54.001+03:002010-08-27T17:37:54.001+03:00Do not run Firefox at the sametime, make sure same...Do not run Firefox at the sametime, make sure sametime or anything else is not runing.
Run nsd-kill before installing it.
There are a myriad of reasons, each system is unique that way.
But I agree it should be resolved already.Keith Brookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11107190540208956954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8994561579739999989.post-8676553291754112252010-08-27T08:33:16.100+03:002010-08-27T08:33:16.100+03:00I have done all that, cleaned out the registry, re...I have done all that, cleaned out the registry, restarted the whole lot, deleted the symphony directory, but still get the error message. Its really annoying IBM should ensure that this does not happen. I can see that it happens a lot and has been for a long time. They just appear to ignore it.Nick Halliwellhttp://www.comware.netnoreply@blogger.com
